All services are by appointment only. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Last-minute cancellations and repeated rescheduling may affect your ability to book future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.

4. Hair History & Consultation

Please provide accurate information about your hair history, including previous color services, chemical treatments, and at-home products. This helps ensure the best possible results while maintaining the health of your hair.

5. Service Results

Hair results vary depending on hair condition, previous treatments, and individual hair history. While I always strive to achieve your desired results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
